Both materials have their strengths, and many of our customers own both. Latex mini bands offer a wider range of resistance levels from very light to heavy, making them the better choice for upper-body exercises like shoulder rehab, rotator cuff work, and arm activation. They are also preferred by physiotherapists for precise, controlled rehabilitation exercises where specific resistance levels matter.

Fabric mini bands grip the skin better and stay in place during lower-body and glute exercises where the band sits around your thighs.
