1M Latex Powerbands

What Are 1M Latex Power Bands?

Our 1M Latex Power Bands are the foundation of the POWERBANDS® range. Manufactured from layered latex technology and cured through an extended process, these bands deliver consistent resistance and a smooth stretch.

Who Are They For?

Whether you are a beginner learning your first pull-up or an experienced lifter adding accommodating resistance to your squats and bench press, there is a 1M Power Band for you. Our range spans from X-Light (up to 7kg of resistance) through to X-Heavy, giving you precise control over your training intensity.

These bands are ideal for assisted pull-ups and chin-ups, adding resistance to barbell exercises like squats and deadlifts, mobility work and dynamic stretching before training, and building a portable home gym that travels anywhere.

Not all resistance bands are created equal. Many cheap bands sold online use single-layer latex that snaps under load or loses elasticity within weeks. POWERBANDS® are built with multi-layered latex that is cured for extended periods, resulting in bands that maintain their resistance levels over thousands of stretches.

How to Choose the Right Resistance Level.

If you are new to resistance bands, start with a lighter band and progress upward as your strength increases. For assisted pull-ups, most beginners will need a Medium or Heavy band. For mobility and warm-up work, an X-Light or Light band is ideal. For adding resistance to barbell movements, experienced lifters typically use Heavy or X-Heavy bands. Not sure which to choose?
