Dispatch
Orders received by 11am Sydney time (AEDT/AEST) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders received after 11am, or on a weekend or public holiday, are shipped the next business day.
Delivery times
We ship Australia wide. Delivery times depend on the delivery option you choose at checkout and on the carrier.
Standard delivery (Australia Post Regular Post)
- Metro areas: 3–6 business days, depending on the destination
- Regional and remote areas: delivery times vary by destination. Check with your local Post Office if you need an estimate.
Express delivery (Australia Post Express Post)
- Next business day delivery between capital cities (except Darwin and Perth) and some major centres
- Express Post is $12.95 within Australia
Delivery times are counted from the day your order is shipped and are an estimate only. Once an order has been passed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $99.00. The $99.00 is counted after any discount code has been applied, so the order total you see at checkout is the amount that counts. Shipping costs for orders under $99.00 are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number and delivery details once your order has shipped. You can track your parcel with Australia Post here.
Some deliveries need a signature. If you are not available at delivery time, you may be charged for any re-delivery or out-of-hours delivery fees.
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery
If you have not provided Authority to Leave, your parcel is taken to the nearest post office for collection. It is held there for 7 business days and then returned to sender.
Address errors and undeliverable parcels
Please check your delivery address before you place your order. If a parcel is deemed undeliverable and returned to our warehouse, return postage and a 20% restocking fee apply.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us within seven business days and we will help sort it out.
